Here you'll find everything you need to know about what to expect from your visit and whether you need to book.

  • You can book your Day Admission tickets, ( booking for the Day must be done by midnight the night before) If you want to book on the day of your visit, please ring 01905 345 106  to check availability.
  • Book online and receive a booking discount .
  • You can buy day tickets, on the day of entry.
  • For our Events it is always best to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Season tickets, Event Tickets, Gift Vouchers can also be booked by clicking the link below.
  • Our Mobile Scooters do need to be booked in advance to ensure availability, or you can ring 01905 345 106  to book.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to choose a date I am going to visit?

    Yes, with the Covid-19 impact - ALL tickets must be purchased in advance online.  There are NO tickets available at the gate

  • What happens when I buy a ticket online?

    On completion of your order, you will be emailed a Spetchley Gardens DigiTicket containing a barcode and Booking Reference Number. Please present this on your smart phone or device when you arrive.  Alternatively please make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring this with you together with some ID.

  • I don't have a printer...

    You can present your ticket on your smart phone/device.  Alternatively please make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take this with you to the Entrance.

  • How do I use my e-Ticket?

    You will be emailed a Spetchley Gardens e-ticket that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.  Please present this on your smartphone/device when you arrive.

  • Do you issue refunds?

    No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds. under special circumstances we can arrnage to change the day of your visit, please email us at enquiries@spetchleygardens.co.uk 

  • What time should I arrive?

    On a none event day, you can arrive anytime between 10.30am when we open till 4pm that day or in October by 3pm. On our event days you need to arrive in time for you session start which will be stated on your E ticket.

  • Is Car Parking available?

    There is good free car parking at Spetchley Gardens.

  • Can I make group bookings?

    Yes, we are delighted to recieve Group booking s please contact enquiries@spetchleygardens.co.uk for more information or call 01905 345106 and we will be delighted to help. 

  • Can I use my Halloween e-Ticket with other offers and promotions?

    Unfortunately. A Halloween e-Ticket is not valid in conjunction with any other special offer, voucher or promotion.  This would apply to any of our Event specific E ticket.

  • Is there wheelchair access?

    Spetchley Gardens is flat but some of the paths are gravel but can be accessed by wheelchair with care.

  • Can I purchase a ticket/additional tickets at Spetchley Gardens on the day.

    Tickets are usually availalbe on the day, Event days  in particular can sell out, but please check with our booking office on 01905 345106 before traveling, , we will be able to confirm availability on the day. 

  • What facilities do you offer?

    • Toilets with disabled access and baby changing facilities.
    • You can purchase food and drink at Spetchley Gardens Granary Coffee Shop, there is arrange of light lunches and cakes availalbe during the day.
    • Benches and Picnic benches are available around Spetchley Gardens.
    • All of our staff are able to help in an emergency Please contact a member of staff in the case of requiring First Aid.
